No. Submitting your profile allows Smartbiz to know where you travel, what you charge, and how to reach you. If a request matches your coverage area, Smartbiz may contact you to confirm your availability and pricing for that assignment.
Who can join the Smartbiz Mobile Notary Network?
Active, commissioned notaries public across the United States who travel to clients (including homes, offices, hospitals, and care facilities) are eligible to submit their profile.
Will my contact details or rates be published publicly?
No. Profile details are strictly maintained for an internal directory and assignment coordination. We do not publish or sell notaries' contact details or rates.
Is there any cost to join or remain in the network?
No. Joining and maintaining your profile in the Smartbiz Mobile Notary Network is completely free. There are no registration fees, monthly charges, or directory costs.
How will Smartbiz contact me when an assignment is available?
When a mobile notarization request arises in your designated coverage area, our coordination team will reach out directly via phone or email to verify your availability and confirm agreed-upon pricing.
Do I need to opt in to promotional emails to join the network?
No. The email preference checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You can join the network without subscribing. Opting in allows you to receive occasional information about Certified Translation and Florida Apostille Courier Service that you can share with clients.
What additional services does Smartbiz offer to support clients?
Smartbiz Notary Services provides Florida Apostille Courier Service through Tallahassee, Certified Translation, and Remote Online Notarization (RON). Network notaries can introduce these specialized solutions to clients who require them.
How can I update my coverage area, travel fees, or contact details later?
If you move, update your contact details, or modify your standard travel fees, simply submit an updated profile form or email our team directly to update your record in our internal directory.
Smartbiz Mobile Notary Network connects commissioned mobile notaries across the United States. Profile details are used exclusively for internal directory lookup and assignment coordination. We never publish your contact details or rates.
